Ralf Skowronnek represents World Forum Offshore Wind (WFO) Insurance Subcommittee as its Chairman during the panel discussion on “Consolidation of floater technologies to satisfy nonrecourse project financing criteria” at the FOWT 2023 in Nantes.
The “insurability” as a condition to bankability and as such a prerequisite to a commercial scale FOW is a topic which gains enormous attention these days and was also one of the focal points of the panel discussion at the FOWT 2023.
