Ralf Skowronnek represents Skowronnek & Bechnak Japan Co. Ltd. at the first Floating Offshore Wind Asia (FOWA) 2023 organized by REASP and WFO as the Panel Moderator.
The panel discussion on “Taking on challenging tasks for promoting commercial scale Floating Offshore Wind - “Financing and Insurance”” provided an excellent forum for the panelists to present their views on what should be done both on the national as well as the international scene to promote and accelerate the commercial scale of FOW.
